Message from WTC President, Allan Sharpe

Right now is a very exciting time to be a student at Western Technical College (WTC). In the past months, several of our community based Program Advisory Boards have met , informational and certified training and National employer visits have taken place in both the Welding and Electronics departments. In the coming months, students will have the opportunity to attend more National Employer presentations, and last, but not least to bid success and farewell to fellow graduating classes.

Father and Sons Team Up for Success

With Fathers Day approaching, Isaac Guajardo Sr. and sons, Isaac Jr. and Jose have something exciting to celebrate. Accomplishments, success, and inspiration have brought them close together. Isaac Jr. had aspirations to attend the Welding Program at Western Technical College (WTC) since attending high school. Isaac Jr. grew his desire for welding while in metal working classes at Santa Teresa High School.
