DICK POE DODGE & HOY FOX TOYOTA

WTC would like to extend a warm thank you to area Automotive Service Managers, Jim Berry, Dick Poe Dodge; and Paul Dillon, Hoy Fox Toyota for their participation in an informative employment presentation to the morning automotive students. Jim and Paul provided the students with an overview of what Service Managers are looking for when hiring a technician.

1. Does this person look like a professional? (Dress for Success)
2. Are they interested in going to work?
3. Will my customers trust and believe in this person?
4. What does your handshake say about you to an employer?
5. Do you answer interview questions in completeness?
6. Are you listening to what the employer is saying?

Paul Dillon expressed the importance of filling out an application in completeness and emphasized that information that you provide on an application must be accurate.
